My Personal Process
Over the past 14 years of Wholistic Practitioner training and delving deeply into my own personal healing process, I have had many opportunities to offer my wellness services in many communities through my required Practicums, and eventually through my Potentials Wellness business.
This journey has deepened my personal relationships in ways not even before fathomed.  As well, I have enjoyed the trust of numberless others who have welcomed my time and energy into the inner sanctum of their lives.
Some opportunities opened doors to offer coping support to those whose lives were dramatically, suddenly altered.
This included a practicum in Dharamsala, India, where we students had the honour of working with Tibetan refugees, monks, and nuns.
This work has also allowed me to participate in a circle of global healing by offering my support to members of many communities whose own level of service has been wholeheartedly and deeply given, such as in the realm of Karma Yoga.
I am privileged to be mother to a teenaged son and daughter also a 21-year-old foster son.
The beautiful town of Nelson in the West Kootenay region of B.C. has recently become my home.

“Do not go where the path may lead;

go instead where there is not a path,

and leave a trail.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson
